June 28, 2002 - they
can't fix it! |
| |
I dropped the vehicle off at Lone
Star Inc. (Calgary). Since the A/C compressor had been exchanged
already... there shouldn't be a big problem keeping the A/C on for
more than a day, changing a light bulb and fixing the door handle..
right?.... WRONG!!!! |
| |
Mid-afternoon I am getting a phone
call from Lone Star Inc. (Calgary). The same trained voice from
Monday tells me, that the car will not be ready; they will have to
order parts. This is the third time that they have to special order
parts for my vehicle.. where is the GOLD PARTS ADVISOR AWARD
1999/2000??? or is this for advising how long it will take to get
them? |

Well on Saturday my wife and I
needed a car with an overlapping schedule and I made clear, that
this was really inconvenient for us. So this friendly trained voice
told me: "You can have the car, but no A/C". What could I do?.. I
picked up the car... not only without A/C without any ventilation at
all. Hey!!! - They changed the light bulb!!!... and I didn't get an
invoice yet!! |
| |
Now, I had a car with 2
headlights, the door closed sometimes, what do I have to complain
about?... just waiting for the parts to arrive? WRONG again!! |
