Getting in the office early, I was
still heated up because of the lousy service I received from Lone
Star Inc. (Calgary). |

I got on the phone to complain
about the A/C condition. These people have a very professional
trained way to apologize and at the same time they tell you, that
you have to wait almost another week.. next available service
appointment is on June 28th. 2002 (Friday).. ok.. I cannot blow
their schedule.. |

The same day an apparently young
girl calls me, to find out, if I was satisfied with the last service
my car received. Well, I was in the wrong mood when I told her some
of the details - and I am sorry that I blew up on her - it was not
her fault.. Sorry!! |

Wednesday and Thursday went by without any further surprises |
