  June 21, 2002 - Lights - Door  -=-  was not done!
After a long cold winter we are having a real hot summer here in Calgary.. and after driving for 2 1/2 years without air conditioning - I really enjoyed this business trip
At a light I was waiting for green behind a freshly washed pick-up... and did I see this right?.. the left headlamp is not working! For what are they handing out service sheets, if they don't check what they check?
The only explanation for me is, to get some ratings with Mercedes-Benz, so they can show them off on their web site and other advertising materials.
The b.s. about their service sheet and the fact, that they were not telling the truth about the requirement of flushing the coolant had one consequence: I was rapidly loosing my confidence in dealing with Lone Star Inc. (Calgary)
I arrived on the parking lot of my client, opened the door, and wanted to lock it. I didn't hear the usual "CLICK", turned around and found the door half open. Tried it again - no go! The inside door handle did not flip into the normal position..

Again.. nothing really serious... but how often is the drivers door being opened and closed while a car is in the shop? And no mechanic realizes that something is wrong with the door?..

What happened on the 22nd?
