October 11th 2002

Late in the afternoon I received a
phone call from Mercedes Benz Credit Canada. You have to excuse me -
but after over one month of silence the girl surprised me so much,
that I missed to write her name down. |
| |
She was actually very nice and asked
me, if I am still in the possession of the ML320. "Sure" I said, "it
is still in my driveway." I told her, that I wanted to return the
vehicle early - but was warned, that I have to pay a penalty. |
| |
She pointed out that the vehicle
belongs to MB Credit Canada and that she might have to hit me with
another month's payment. |
| |
When I explained to
her, that I was willing to return the car previously, and Lone Star
(Calgary) Inc. did not want it - that I was busy in the meantime and
could not line up a witness, that I returned the car - she calmed
down - and she also must have found some correspondence. |
| |
We finally agreed, that I will
return the car latest on October 15th 2002 and will not be charged
with another month. |
