I called Lone Star Inc. (Calgary)
to let them know, that they can have the car. I tried first to talk
to Gary Trudell, since he seemed to be a fellow you could talk to,
but he was not in, so I asked for Wayne Desrosiers - he was in. |
| |
When I told him, that I got my new
vehicle, and they can have their ML320 back, his first response was:
"Then you have to pay a penalty!" When I told him, that the lease is
paid off, and there are no more payments to be made, he seemed to be
surprised, that I wanted to turn the vehicle in to give them the
opportunity to make a car out of the lemon while I am paying for the
lease. |
| |
They did not want to pick it up! I
have to deliver the car, so that the used-car sales manager can take
it apart. |
| |
I am not really looking forward to
the upcoming 'delivery' since I will have to have some witnesses and
proof in what kind of shape the car is. After the experience I had
in the past, I expect the worst. |
