Still enjoying driving Ford.. but a letter was couriered to my wife's company. Now, she really has nothing to do with this procedure, except, that the invoices were addressed to her, but she is in now way responsible for this web site.. here we go:

Getting a letter from a lawyer, you have to respond - right?.. So, I advised my wife to let these guys know, that she has nothing to do with it. She on the other hand insisted, that I change the facts on the web. Now, I have to admit, that I was not aware, that the 'Hyatt' dealerships are different companies. I really don't care about it, but since I made a mistake - I straightened things out and I hope it is to the satisfaction of the lawyers and their clients. This letter was faxed to Rogers & Company:

Now it was time to call Lone Star Inc. (Calgary), that I was willing to return the lemon, before the lease is actually up. We made the last payment in early August. I tried to talk to Gary Trudell - he was not in.. so I asked for Wayne Desrosiers, and explained to him, that I would like to return the car. He right away: "Then you have to pay a penalty!" When I explained to him, that the lease is actually finished and the last payment was made - he told me, that I can drive it down there or get it towed - and they will inspect it, to come up with a final figure, what they want from me (money!!).
