In the afternoon Mr. Arnold Smith
called - I was on a service call - and my wife did not know who he
was - so she simply said, that I was on the road. She was told, that
he (Mr. Smith) will be in the office until 4:00pm. |
| |
I arrived at our
office at about 3:40pm and tried to get hold of Mr. Smith.
Unfortunately he was on the phone and the receptionist took my
message and my phone number. |
| |
He did not phone back. It is
impossible to hold this against Mercedes-Benz or Lone Star Inc.
(Calgary). I understand it absolutely, that he might not have gotten
the message, and if there is an important appointment lined up -
there might have not been enough time to return the call. I am sure,
we will talk tomorrow (Tuesday). |
