12:30 - A phone call from Lone Star Inc. (Calgary)
Arnold Smith wants to take care for the problem. I supposed to get a courtesy car before 2:00pm.. and a meeting is planned any time after 3:00pm. I'll see what will come out of that.

At 2:30pm I had wheels again - Gary Trudell dropped the C320 off - almost brand new - and I was almost too scared to drive it... but a friend, who watched it through the surveillance system remotely sent a message: "Nice wheels".. so I drove it to 3 appointments - one of them was Lone Star Inc. (Calgary)

Both pictures top and left, are taken by our surveillance cameras (reduced size) and this is the actual vehicle which was given to me as a courtesy car.
4:00pm... I arrived at Lone Star - and I believe we had a constructive meeting, in which it became clear, that some of the issues are related to manufacturing problems; I believe, that Arnold Smith understood, that my patience was running out since the car was still in the shop. Being asked, what my expectations were - I had to leave it up to Mercedes-Benz and Lone Star Inc. (Calgary) - the only thing I made clear ((I hope) is, that I do not want that lemon back, and that this car was not only expensive for me but actually cost quiet a bit of loss in business.
Mr. Smith indicated, that he will be in contact with Mercedes-Benz Canada on Monday and that we will meet again after that.
