12:30 - A phone call from Lone
Star Inc. (Calgary)
Arnold Smith wants to take care for
the problem. I supposed to get a courtesy car before 2:00pm.. and a
meeting is planned any time after 3:00pm. I'll see what will come
out of that. |
| |
At 2:30pm I had wheels
again - Gary Trudell dropped the C320 off - almost brand new - and I
was almost too scared to drive it... but a friend, who watched it
through the surveillance system remotely sent a message: "Nice
wheels".. so I drove it to 3 appointments - one of them was Lone
Star Inc. (Calgary) |
 |
Both pictures
top and left, are taken by our surveillance cameras (reduced
size) and this is the actual vehicle which was given to me as
a courtesy car. |
|
| |
4:00pm... I arrived at Lone Star -
and I believe we had a constructive meeting, in which it became
clear, that some of the issues are related to manufacturing
problems; I believe, that Arnold Smith understood, that my patience was
running out since the car was still in the shop. Being asked, what
my expectations were - I had to leave it up to Mercedes-Benz and
Lone Star Inc. (Calgary) - the only thing I made clear ((I hope) is,
that I do not want that lemon back, and that this car was not only
expensive for me but actually cost quiet a bit of loss in business. |
| |
Mr. Smith indicated, that he will
be in contact with Mercedes-Benz Canada on Monday and that we will
meet again after that. |
