	No calls - no email - still without a vehicle. My wife comes back from the mail box with a letter from Lone Star Inc. (Calgary).. perhaps good news?
	It looks to me, that at Lone Star Inc. (Calgary) the right hand does not know what the left hand does. There was a business card attached to this letter, and I could not help myself, I had to respond to it by email:
	Dear Mr. Trudell, I am in receipt of your letter, dated July 13, 2002. You may not have known, that I dropped off my vehicle on July 10, 2002 at 22:00, because it was not possible to get repairs done over a 1-month period of time and after the muffler started to make serious noise, I preferred to drive and share our old van rather than getting more frustrated with the ML320. Not knowing how well the communication works between Lone Star Inc. (Calgary), Mercedes-Benz Credit Canada and Mercedes-Benz Canada, I would like to inform you, that I send a fax to Mercedes-Benz Credit Canada, that I do not want to purchase the vehicle, but rather return it before the lease terminates along with some brief reasons, but with a link to a web site, I was setting up, to explain my disappointment in this vehicle and the service what came with it. Since Mercedes-Benz Credit Canada, could not do anything about this issue, they forwarded my fax to Mercedes Benz Canada. I got a response from Mr. Casey Kennedy (Customer Relations at Mercedes-Benz Canada) on July 16th, 2002 by email. Obviously Mr. Kennedy went through the web site, since this was the only way he could get my email-address and because of the counter on this web site, I am aware, how many people from Mercedes-Benz and/or Lone Star Inc. (Calgary) visited this site and must know at least some of the problems I encountered with this car.
