  Neither Mercedes-Benz Credit Canada, the people in the right positions, nor Lone Star Inc.'s service department called. It seems to me, that there is absolutely no interest, to solve the problem.
  It is really kind of frustrating not knowing what is going on. I cannot look for another car - since Mercedes-Benz Credit Canada cannot do anything (as they told us on the phone) and I do not know what is going on with this lemon. Customers are calling, and I have to arrange for rides.
