Delivery of the ML320 |

The delivery-day came and Kurt
Wechselberger, my sales consultant, handed the keys over to me. We
walked around the car and he noticed that the front valance was
cracked and one wheel opening had a pretty sharp dent. |

Hey, I just got a new car, I
didn't want to bring it into a body shop.. so I agreed to get the
bumper installed and a set of flares. Unfortunately, they were not
in stock, but I would be notified as soon as they are in - and they
will install those for free. |

At that time I was actually
impressed with the honesty of Kurt and the courtesy of Lone Star
Inc. (Calgary)... I just had to wait a few days, and the new car
would be complete |
