After owning 7 Benzes and being more than happy with those, I got screwed by MB. The car was for over 3 months in repair (during 3 years) and it cost me a lot of money. 

 

One incredible tool for the consumer in today's market is the internet: As long as you are telling the truth, you can post your experience with a manufacturer or dealer on the web.

 
So, the purpose of this website is to warn potential Mercedes buyers - not only by telling my story, but giving others the opportunity to post their experience with MB, here on this site.  
I was not the poor performance of the service department or the empty promises & insults of the management or the poor performance of the MB representative - it was the combination of this. Everybody agreed this car is a lemon but neither MB Canada nor Lonestar (Calgary) would do anything about it. A really sad and expensive experience.
