A common response from dealers who are confronted with this page is, that MB products improved a lot since 1999 or that it is a very rare occurrence that a MB customer has so much trouble.

  To show that mine is not an isolated case I decided to publish the experiences other MB owners had in recent years. It always shows that once you have problems, MB will not stand behind their products, that dealers are unable to fix problems, that they are charging for warranty work and that the numbers of visits to the dealers are simply unacceptable.
 
 
CLK-GTR Roadster Unable to Travel 10 Blocks:
A true story: A LA dealer bought this MB for 1.7Mil Dollars, drove it for 10 blocks, where the car quit. Mercedes sent a technician who took a bunch of parts off, left for Germany and the dealer with a partly disassembled car. The car remains unusable and Mercedes refuses to repair the vehicle under warranty. Read full story:
