What an experience - in 3 years
the A/C was working 5 weeks - visible upcoming rust right from day 1
- after 2 days and 200km an emission valve had to be replaced -
after another 6000km the car was parked for 3 weeks to give Mercedes
the opportunity to find a new problem with the electrical system -
to get a tire, you drive for 5 days on the spare - they don't stock
them and you cannot get that size from the tire dealers - the
driver's door won't lock and you will find rock chips anywhere: on
the side of the passenger door, on the tail gate - they found them
even on the roof... doing something about it?... are you kidding? |

This car was the worst experience
I ever had during the 38 years I drive vehicles, and it was the most
expensive one as well. The sad part is, that Mercedes-Benz
acknowledges, that they have quality problems with the M-Class, but
they won't do anything to keep their customers happy. |
