The used-car sales manager of Lone
Star Inc., John Sweeney Jr., comes along, trying to make some
conversation and asking how the 'new' car is doing.. he seemed to be
very interested... and as I am.. trying to tease him a little, I
mentioned, that there are some rust problems. Boy, did this guy
disappear fast - he did not want to hear anything about it. Almost 3
years later I remember how strange this fellow reacted. |

Although I thought that I have to
deal with Dionne and Gus (both great parts- and service manager!) and these people
are very professional and took care for my concern, my general
opinion is, once the management is not interested in my problems,
sooner or later the rest of the staff does not care either. |
